Upon arrival at the airport in St. Louis, MO, you’ll be whisked away to a luxurious downtown hotel, perfectly situated near Busch Stadium and the vibrant Ballpark Village, teeming with dining and entertainment options. Traveling with a non-shooter? Book a single package – Non Shooting Travel Companions travel for Free. They will be accommodated in the same room with you and will enjoy the non-shooting and non-shooting ground activities with you for free. Since lunch is going to be served at the sporting clays grounds they will not be able to join you for Lunch. Please let us know in advance if you would like to have them travel with you to the grounds and join you for Lunch (and not shoot) and we can make arrangements at an extra cost.

Itinerary

Arrival in St. Louis MO.

We will pick you up at the airport and take you to the luxury hotel in downtown St. Louis, MO.

Your room is going to be available for checkin at 3:00 PM.

The hotel knocks it out of the park by bringing an unprecedented upscale hospitality experience to the sports-anchored entertainment district of downtown St. Louis. We will be staying in a great location just footsteps from Busch Stadium with many restaurants, including the Ballpark Village (a mecca of dining and entertainment all under one roof) all just footsteps away! The hotel is surrounded by dining, nightlife and watering holes on every corner.

Join us for an orientation with drinks in the evening.

Enjoy the city or the Spa ad other facilities in the hotel as you get ready for the exciting Sporting Clays sessions.

Sporting Clays, Brewery Tour, Gateway Arch, Dinner Cruise

Today we take you on the coach to the World Shooting and Recreation Complex in Sparta IL in the morning for a round of 100 Sporting Clays. We have arranged for a Golf Cart for your comfort.

After a round of Clays at one of the courses at the Shooting Grounds and brief snacks we will return back to St. Louis.

We will have time for Lunch and a brewery tour and then continue on to see the Gateway Arch. The Gateway Arch in St. Louis, a 630-foot iconic monument, symbolizes the westward expansion of the United States. Located on the Mississippi River’s west bank, it offers stunning views of the city and surrounding areas. We will take a tram ride to the top, explore the museum, and enjoy the serene parkland around this architectural marvel.

Later we will board a boat for a Dinner Cruise on the Mississippi river before returning back to our hotel.

Sporting Clays and Friendly Competition

This morning we will make our way for Sporting Clays and have a friendly competition in the competitive shooting grounds in Sparta.

After a small get together after Sporting Clays, the tour will end in St. Louis, MO.

What is the difference in Single and Double Occupancy Package?

A Single Occupancy Package is for one shooting participant in the room. A Single Package can also accommodate a non-shooting guest in the room without any extra charge (Accommodation, Breakfast and non shooting activities only). A Double Occupancy Package is per person price for two shooting participants in the room.

Do I need to carry a shotgun or can I rent one?

At this time we don't have provision for renting a shotgun. You are responsible for Shotgun and Ammunition. We can help guide you where to get the ammunition for Clay targets

I have never shot clays before but I would like to try. Is this tour good for me?

his is a good tour for all levels. If you don't have a shotgun, you will need friend / family member that is traveling in the group with a shotgun and gives you the opportunity to try. This tour is for guests to be able to enjoy the clay shooting experiences, make friends and have fun.

How big will my group be?

This group is going to be of about 30-40 shooting guests that will travel as part of our team / group. The number of participants in the local activities / events might vary if some guests travel with a non-shooting partner. We might also have some of the local participants join us in the friendly competitions.

I would like to travel with my companion who is also a shooter. Can I share the room with my companion.

Of course. Double Occupancy rate is based on the price of two guests participating in all activities.

I would like to travel with my companion who does not shoot but would like to share room with me. Is it possible?

Yes of course and that too for FREE. The non-shooter can also stay back and enjoy St. Louis. Our single room prices are based on one shooting participant. If a non-shooter joins, they can stay for free. The only extras will be whatever non-shooting activities they would like to book separately or as part of the group.
